Clear notice for people interacting with FractiAI AI systems on SS Vibelandia / QUESTFEST — including under EU AI Act Article 50 transparency expectations (interactive AI disclosure).
What this covers
- Lattice Chat Agent V1.618 — Goldilocks Valet chat powered by third-party AI models you connect with your own keys (e.g. Cursor, Claude, Gemini), routed through FractiAI’s Lattice pipes.
- Other FractiAI surfaces that present automated or agent-style responses under our brand.
What this does not cover
- Hire-A-Goldilocks-Valet Concierge — real human assistance (email, text, call). That channel is not an AI chatbot.
- Static marketing pages, music playback, and whitepaper reading — unless a page embeds an AI chat.
How Lattice Chat Agent works (plain speak)
- You sign in with an allowed email and paste your own provider API key (BYOK).
- Your key is stored in your browser on this device; FractiAI does not sell your chat as a product.
- Model replies are generated by the AI provider you chose — not by a human Valet typing live.
- Whitepapers and SynthOBS research may be authored or co-authored by the SynthOBS Autonomous Agent (AI operator) with human editorial veto — labeled on those documents.
When you will see this notice
Lattice Chat Agent shows an AI disclosure at first view and keeps a persistent link to this page during use. That design supports Article 50’s expectation that people are informed they are interacting with an AI system at or before the first interaction, in a clear and distinguishable way.
