No franchise fee. This is a coordination franchise, not a licensed business sale — you qualify, you ride, you accept guest broadcasts that fit your route. We place you in the valet WhatsApp channel after email acceptance with Pru.
Service Area: no-sprawl Puerto Reno area — Downtown Reno · Midtown Reno · Southern UNR · Idlewild · Riverwalk.
Requirement: e-scooter in-region. Micro-mobility only — zero dedicated parking-cruise tax. Fair Exchange tipping may augment yield when harmony is high.
Lanes you can work: food delivery runs, personal shopping errands, and personal assistance shifts booked by the hour ($16.18/hr) or the day ($161.80/day).
The process: email Pru with your name, neighborhood, vehicle, availability, and why you fit the Goldilocks bubble. Once accepted you're in the franchise WhatsApp channel — guest requests broadcast there and you accept what fits your ride. All else is handled offline through the established rails.
Transparency: when you accept, you keep 67% of the guest's tip offer; the app takes 33% for channel and coordination. Guests pay purveyors directly unless they opt for handled purveyor payments (+18% tip).
Goldilocks gates apply: core density only, $9 floor on accepted runs, sovereign pacing respected.
