What's involved

Cost in	Low by design — re-light existing floors; no new construction required to start. Start with one hall and a handful of rooms.
Day to day	Keep the core warm and walkable. The rail handles bookings and the tab; you handle the welcome.
Earnings	Fair Exchange — room and hall revenue with live reciprocity adjustment; honor-system, no corporate middleman cut.
Scale	Flexible — from one re-lit block up toward the full vertical-citadel vision. You set your irreducible local minimum.
Commitment	Start with a season. Extend by mutual yes — same protocol as our Beehive residency.
