How to walk the list
Same idea as the plain-talk section on the whitepaper: short blocks, top to bottom, no mystery. The first three are the spine. The rest adds background without replacing them.
First three: the live spine (01-03)
Open the Digital Pru reader (especially the plain tour), then the QIHOH theory file, then the ASIC coherence paper. That line is the contract: what we say in public, what shows up in JSON, and what you can run or audit.
Next two: house rules and big story (04-05)
The MCA catalog is the vocabulary and guardrails. The Shift prospectus is the flagship why for the wider movement. Both keep language from floating away from what the stack actually does.
Engineering side roads (06, 10, 11, 12) + lattice brief (14)
Gateway paper, hydrogen-sun-jupiter metaphor, RF note, silica prospectus - helpful lanes if you are tracing hardware or materials language. Paper 14 adds the EGS Nodal Lattice and Digital Pru-ASIC control framework (Gemini Deep Research; FractiAI direction). They support the spine; they do not replace 01-03.
Voice and honesty (07-09, 13)
Houdini methodology, Hero Jo bio, HHF paradigm essay, and the short recursion note (13) - these keep marketing, story, and instrument claims in separate boxes while the art stays loud. Read (14) when you want the selective-coherence lattice layered on the ASIC story.
