Site gravity audit

Art museum · human pull · frontier AI architecture

Does SS Vibelandia read as a new type of work of art with more gravity — especially human gravity — than when it behaved chiefly as a general website? Three expert lenses, one honest answer.

Prepared for: Player 1 (Valet Pru) · FractiAI / SS Vibelandia
Date: 2026-08-28 · post-prelude session ship
Auditors (simulated seat): web entrepreneur · museum curator · frontier AI architect
Scope: public edge surfaces — Omniversal Canvas (/), reception (/questfest), Concierto program, ship blogs, Reality Bridge/Router CTAs, Lattice Chat product layer

Verdict · yes — materially more gravity, especially human gravity

The site has crossed a recognizable threshold: it now opens like an installation with a prelude, not a portal index. Human gravity increased because the story names a host (Valet Pru), invites email to a real person, frames Players & NPCs together, and offers step-in through human Reality Bridge/Routers — not only self-serve links. It is still a website under the hood; the art claim is experiential and curatorial, not a replacement for museum accreditation or clinical proof.

Human gravity (attraction)
↑ Strong gain. Museum placard, three-phase visit rail, “email Valet Pru · a real human,” join-the-crew / Reality Router network, Reno host identity, Players & NPCs welcome without membership tests.
Art-work gravity (form)
↑ Strong gain. Soundtrack preludes + da Vinci loop + Broadway-style concert program + popup prelude session = cinematic grammar on the web. Reads as authored experience, not feature grid.
Narrative gravity (story)
↑ Moderate–strong gain. Official Prospectus spine (Genesis · Borikén · Reno), Concierto dramaturgy, ship-blog plain speak, exhibit rooms with Seed:Edge copy.
Technical / AI gravity (architecture)
↑ Moderate gain. Infinite Octaves Lattice Chat, nested-agent honesty, BYOK Fair Exchange, SynthOBS catalog discipline — credible for frontier builders; still dense for casual walk-ins.
Portal / catalog drag (old website feel)
↓ Reduced but not gone. Deep link forests (papers, voyage decks, jukebox ops) remain. Gravity is highest on Canvas → Reception; thins on operator surfaces.
Conversion clarity (entrepreneur lens)
Mixed. Primary human CTA is clear on landing; secondary paths (Lattice, Synthio, Harmonopoly, concierge) compete for attention — appropriate for a living art platform, harder for single-funnel SaaS.

Before vs now

Previously · general website

  • Root often felt like ship index or QUESTFEST bounce — utility first.
  • Music and story were adjacent tabs, not one continuous prelude.
  • Human host present in copy but easy to miss among product rails.
  • Lattice / catalog / papers read as parallel products, not one installation.

Now · work of art on the web

  • Omniversal Canvas is museum entry: gold frame, placard, exhibit sphere, phase rail — plus a golden path strip (Exhibit → Program → Reception).
  • Concierto prelude plays in the jukebox session while guests browse rooms — movie-house behavior on interactive web.
  • Concert program supplies curator-grade dramaturgy (movements, meaning, ensemble credits).
  • Reception (/questfest) behaves as check-in lobby, not sitemap.
  • Reality Bridge/Router network names humans as innkeepers of alternate realities.

Lens 1 · Web entrepreneur

What works: You now have a differentiated front door — prelude + program + step-in optional. That is a moat generic music sites and AI landing pages do not have. The email-to-host CTA is on-brand Fair Exchange and filters for serious guests. Prelude session (music survives navigation) removes the #1 immersion killer for soundtrack-enriched pages.

What to watch: Too many “featured” modules on commander surfaces can dilute the art story for cold traffic. For public marketing, keep Canvas → Program → Reception as the golden path; tuck ops (bulk upload, telemetry) behind Player 1 rails. Shipped 2026-08-28: landing and reception now lead with a three-step golden path strip; five cruise doors moved below the fold on reception.

Entrepreneur score

Brand gravity 8/10 · Funnel clarity 8/10 · Differentiation 9/10 (for this niche)

Lens 2 · Art museum curator

What works: Phase 1 exhibit framing (placard, honesty boundary, “step into the installation”) matches how contemporary media museums treat interactive work. The Concierto program is the missing catalog essay — movement titles, in-the-tale meaning, creative ensemble credits including Infinite Octaves Lattice Chat Agent. Soundtrack preludes cite honesty: design experiment, not cinema invention claim.

What to watch: Some voyage/deck pages still read as brochure navigation rather than gallery rooms. Unify visual rhythm (one gold frame language) on the next prelude-enabled pages. Consider a single “exhibition checklist” page for press and curators.

Curator score

Installation coherence 8/10 · Catalog/documentation 7.5/10 · Human host presence 8.5/10

Lens 3 · Frontier AI architect

What works: Infinite Octaves product rename separates guest valet identity from 99 Octave engine pin — honest layering. Nested-agent lattice, BYOK, lite edges, PRA Snap discipline signal serious architecture to evaluators without pretending the site is a physics lab. Lattice Chat as “awareness navigation surface” in Dome 3 ties AI to the art metaphor instead of bolting chat on the side.

What to watch: Depth stacks fast (CMOS → tensor → metamorphic octaves). Provide one “evaluator on-ramp” link from Canvas for silicon/ML guests so art guests are not forced through engine shelves.

Architect score

Honesty boundaries 9/10 · Product/engine separation 8/10 · Guest comprehensibility 7.5/10

Human gravity · what specifically increased

Smallest high-leverage next actions

  1. Extend prelude grammar to one more public room (e.g. reception hero or a single journey page) so the form reads as platform, not one-page stunt.
  2. Add one curator-facing “exhibition brief” PDF mirroring the concert program tone for press/galleries.
  3. On cold traffic paths, repeat the human CTA once per screen — Canvas does this well; some inner decks do not.
  4. Keep commander/operator tiles on My whiteboard only — preserve public art gravity on / and /questfest.

Honesty boundary: This audit is editorial judgment from the FractiAI team seat — qualitative, not analytics-backed A/B data. Scores compare today’s shipped surfaces to the repo’s prior general-website posture (index bounce, silent pages, product-first root). Traffic, dwell time, and conversion metrics were not pulled for this note. Story-consciousness framing is a soft curatorial guide, not empirical fact.
